Shade entered the training ground.....He then sat on the ground and meditate for a while...Then Shade started to train by imagining an enemy´s shadow in front of him,slashed there slashed here..Zed used some KIDO techniques also..After his training session, he went to the Barracks to take some shower and to have some rest...
