Shikai Techniques- 4-5 Reiatsu Points
Bankai Techniques- 9-10 Reiatsu Points

Kidou: Then Kidou rules vary from the level of Kidou (EX:Hadou #4 4-5 Reiatsu points)
Kidou Level 1-10:4-5 Reiatsu points
Kidou Level 10-30: 5-6 Reiatsu points
Kidou Level 30-50:6-7 Reiatsu points
Kidou Level 50-70:7-8 Reiatsu points
Kidou Level 70-80:9-10 Reiatsu points

Standing in air using Reiatsu:
costs 2 extra Reiatsu points a post for how ever long you do it.
